Course quality and design
My preparation includes the ACUE Certificate in Effective College Instruction and formal online-course development using Quality Matters standards.
MKT 3210: Personal Selling was redesigned through Cal State LA’s Online Course Development Program using the Quality Matters Higher Education Rubric, Seventh Edition. After the amendment process, the course met expectations in a QM-Managed Preparatory Review conducted by a certified Quality Matters Master Reviewer.
